FM200:Synthetic Agents(Clean Agents)
FM 200 extinguishing agent is a clean gas widely accepted as substitute to Halon. FM 200, or heptafluoropropane (CF3CHFCF3), is suitable for the protection of most hazards where Halon 1301 had to be applied In the past. Because FM 200 is not electrical conductive, (but it is odourless and colourless) it is effective in the protection of electrical hazards, such as computer rooms.

SUNATEL INERT GASES is a gas of the air which has the capacity to be able to treat a fire hazard in open spaces. It is an inert gas, non-conductive, colourless, odourless and flavourless. Is non corrosive and may be used at normal temperatures with such materials as nickel, steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, bronze and plastics. Perfect dielectric and appropriate for the protection of all the electric and electronic materials. The design of the system protects against accidental actuation due to any small leak. They also allow checking and maintenance of all critical elements contained in a fixed extinguishing system, at the time of commissioning and later for system preventive maintenance, thus preventing the risk of accidental discharge. As a general rule, extinguishing concentration is achieved when oxygen contents in the air is reduced from its usual level of 20,9% to values lower than 15% depending on the combustible products.
SUNATEL INERT GASES are stored in high-pressure cylinders in the form of compressed gas, thus space required for such cylinder storage depends on pressure and capacity.
SUNATEL INERT GASES systems can be modular or centralized (single or double row). The system with manual or automatic release includes (PI) certified bottles, equipped with a pressure gauge valves.
